The volume opens with the author's own testimony, from the world to becoming a disciple of Jesus Christ, and builds from there into the doctrinal foundation of spiritual warfare, obedience as the ground of authority to resist the devil, and the difference between true and false spiritual warfare, with specific recommendations against a mistaken understanding of the battle.
