In this chapter we will talk about some of the traditions the world celebrates, such as Carnival, Halloween, New Year's celebrations, and various celebrations that honor men and women, such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Presidents' Day, and Pascua Florida, called the Easter celebration, observed in English-speaking countries.

I know these subjects are not to the liking of the great majority of people. This kind of subject can be very uncomfortable, because everyone is used to celebrating all these things — from celebrations that clearly appear abominable and are celebrations of demons, like Carnival, for example, a celebration of "diablos cojuelos" (limping devils) and things like that, everyone dressed up as demons.

Halloween. I think even a child can see how the Halloween celebration is a celebration of demons. People celebrate the Day of the Witches, Halloween is celebrated, and everyone dresses up as a demon. Television shows many horror movies. Clearly, even the name itself says it is a celebration of witches. It's like when a birthday party is thrown for a child — that celebration is for that child.

The Day of the Witches is a celebration of witches, of the devil, of Satan, yet the world still celebrates these things. Sadly, when someone like me, out of love for you, out of love for souls, shares the love of Christ with you as I will do today, many get offended. Even with the clearest of days that anyone can understand, like the Day of the Witches, Carnival, the Day of the Dead, they get offended.

Of course, when I now speak to you about other days where some of you are worshiped, like Father's Day, where men are worshiped, Mother's Day, where women are worshiped, Women's Day, where women are worshiped — well, when I speak about the day where you yourselves receive worship, then you get offended even more. But out of love for souls, I would rather that many get offended with me while I share the truth — but the truth will set you free, the truth will set you free.

It's clear that this world is under the sway of the evil one — which testifies to and confirms the truth of the word of God, which says this world is under the sway of the evil one, and that Satan is the god of this age. Now then, if that is indeed so — the word of God says Satan is the god of this age — if it is truly Satan who is manipulating the world's laws, then it means Satan is behind the holidays, behind the decisions governments make.

In English they're called "holy days"; in Spanish they're called "días de fiesta." But in English, if I translate "holy day," it means "día santo" — a holy day. But holy is God, sacred is God — as if it were supposedly a day for the Lord. But what is holy about the Day of the Dead and the Day of the Witches?

There's also White People's Day, Black People's Day, Women's Day, Men's Day, Children's Day. The world celebrates practically everything. But the word says that in this final time there will be men and women who worship themselves. Those days the world celebrates also testify that truly, in this time, there are many people who worship themselves.

Let's see — I did a little research on Carnival, to see what I could find. I'm going to read you a bit of what I found. Carnival is a celebration held in most Latin countries, also in Europe, because it was brought — I believe by the Spanish — to many places.

The text reads:

“It is a popular festival that is celebrated, consisting of wearing masks…”

They wear masks with demon faces, with horns and such.

“They put on costumed processions, dances, and other boisterous festivities, the plural form also being used with the same meaning as the singular.

Carnival has no certain origin. A group of researchers believe that Carnival derives from a set of ancient festivities held by the Sumerians and the Egyptians — the latter in honor of the god Apis — approximately 5,000 years ago. However, most consider that Carnival dates back to pagan festivities held by the Romans in honor of the god Bacchus (the god of wine).”

I took this from a website called “Significados,” and the text goes on to say:

“During Carnival, in Spain, it is celebrated over several days. The celebration ends exactly 40 days before Maundy Thursday. Consequently, one might think that it is currently a Christian-type festival.”

That seemed very interesting to me. As I read through various websites, I found that many celebrate it right before Lent, which Catholics observe, and for many it's considered a Christian celebration — a celebration supposedly to Christ, full of people dressing up as demons.

In the Dominican Republic, where I was born, they celebrate it as an enormous festival lasting about a month or more. They have something like an inflated bladder that they hit people very hard with, and it's all drinking, all partying, all revelry, and a lot of fornication. It also happens in the parks, and many other things too — all of it displeasing to God.

But what does dressing up with a devil's face have to do with celebrating Jesus Christ? That it's a “Christian festival” to celebrate it wearing the face of the devil is madness. There is only one thing that is certain — because even in English they call them holy days, supposedly days for God, a holy day, a sacred day. But what is sacred about celebrating witches? What fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion has Christ with Belial?

These are not holy days; they are cursed days, they are wicked days, they are days when the devil, who deceives this world, deceives the world and receives worship. There is a word that says that they will sin and still feel good about the sin. The devil makes people sin, and while they are sinning, while they are being abominable before God, while they are doing what God detests, while they are rebelling against God, celebrating demons, the devil makes them have a good time, makes them enjoy it with beer, dancing, music, dressed up as demons, still taking their beating. ‘Have a good time, enjoy it.’

For example, those who wear the masks are called ‘diablo cojuelo’ — limping devil. Does anyone know who the devil is? If someone says the devil is Satan, they are correct, because the word says the devil is Satan, the one who deceives the whole world. ‘Diablo cojuelo’ is what they call those who wear masks and costumes during Carnival. But we know the devil is Satan. Satan mocks the world. I say, ‘Wow, Lord, have mercy on me too, because I took part in those things when I didn't know you.’

But how can we be so ignorant? How can we celebrate the devil and think it's pretty? And even someone putting on a mask, while being called ‘devil,’ believing they're being told something nice, or that it's pleasant to be called devil. In a nutshell, they're being called a child of the devil. They are masking themselves as the devil. They are saying the devil is pretty, that the devil is good, that the devil is fun. But the truth is the devil is none of those things. The devil is neither pretty, nor good, nor fun. The devil is a murderer, a liar, and the father of lies. He came to steal, kill, and destroy. He makes them have a good time with that costume and those beers, and if they go on to fornicate afterward, they have a good time that day too.

But the wage is eternal if they do not repent, because he gives them a moment of enjoyment only to later steal the soul, to later destroy the soul. The text says:

“The limping devil is the most well-known and most mentioned in trials and in literature.”

There are also certain books that have been written on the subject.

“References to the limping devil predominate in the spells, invocations, and prayers of witches.”

I only quote that part because it says that in many literary works, and in many of the books that exist about the limping devil, most references have to do with the spells, invocations, and prayers of witches. In a nutshell, the limping devil is the devil, Satan. It's an invocation of Satan. In a nutshell, Carnival is a celebration of Satan himself.

Who is the devil? The word of God says the devil is Satan, the one who deceives the whole world. That is exactly what the word of God says. In a nutshell, Carnival is a very clear and transparent celebration, just like the Day of the Witches, where Satan is celebrated — only he makes it look like fun. Here he doesn't even hide it that much on Carnival Day, because the word ‘devil’ is clearly mentioned, and some of those who dress up are called limping devils. In a nutshell — followers of Satan, or children of Satan, celebrators of Satan.

Can anyone understand that Carnival is a celebration of the devil? Is it so hard to see that those ugly demon masks people wear truly represent demons? Is it hard to see that the beer, and all the music, and everything done in that setting are things detestable before the holy God we serve? Well, those of us who serve him, because many are deceived — we are in apostasy. This kind of celebration is abominable before God. They are celebrations directly to Satan.

Is it very hard to understand that this celebration is from the devil? Is it so hard, even when someone explains it to you the way I am explaining it, to understand that these celebrations are not for God, that they have nothing holy about them, that they are abominable?

Colossians 2:8 says:

«Beware lest anyone cheat you through philosophy and empty deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the basic principles of the world, and not according to Christ.»

‘Let no one deceive you’ — but the devil deceives the whole world. This world truly saddens me a great deal, because when I go out on the street and see that every month, or every month and a half, there's a different celebration about various things, and everyone is like a robot, as if they were zombies — everyone buying here and there, getting ready and anxiously preoccupied with their celebrations.

How the devil deceives, how the lying devil deceives the whole world. There they all are, anxious, buying, worried because they have to buy gifts, because they have to buy the costume, and the devil makes them worry so he can bind their souls. They worry, and while they take part in these things, the devil mocks, he laughs, because through those celebrations they are making a pact with him. Through those celebrations, celebrating the limping devils and thinking they're cute, they are opening a wide door to Satan into their homes, and to their children, and to their households — they are inviting him in.

Because of things like this, many mothers are suffering; because of things like this, many mothers have lost their children — they're dead, or on drugs, or in prison. But because of things like this, they later say to the Lord: ‘Why, Lord? I love you, so why is my son a drug addict now, and selling drugs, and stealing, and killing?’ You invited the devil into your house, you invited the devil to your child, you handed your child over to the devil. By celebrating those things, and taking them to the park, and taking them to these places, thinking celebrating the devil is cute — you handed him over to the devil. Now the devil is stealing your child from you. Now your child is on drugs. Now your child is in prison.

It was because of idolatry, and idolatry is a sin of death. Celebrating the devil is idolatry. But here the deception isn't even really a deception, because it's very clear with the limping devils and everyone dressed as the devil, as a demon, in those celebrations. By doing those things, it's very clear they are making a pact with the devil, they are inviting the devil into their homes. What did they expect? Even though the devil makes them believe it's fun, he is not fun — he is a thief, he came to steal, kill, and destroy.

Galatians 4:9-11 says:

«But now after you have known God, or rather are known by God, how is it that you turn again to the weak and beggarly elements, to which you desire again to be in bondage? You observe days and months and seasons and years. I am afraid for you, lest I have labored for you in vain.»

By celebrating all these things, these seasons and these things the world celebrates, people are putting themselves under bondage. Paul was telling this church in Galatians: ‘How is it that you put yourselves under bondage again? Did I perhaps labor for you in vain?’

So I say to you who celebrate those things — no matter how much you consider yourselves Christian, consider yourselves upright, belong to such-and-such a denomination, such-and-such a religion, and think that with that you are pleasing God — you are pleasing God in vain, you honor him in vain. Because celebrating these things is idolatry, and idolaters will be judged. The Lord does not consider idolaters his friends, but his enemies.

Many Scriptures speak of how he will judge idolaters. He clearly says in his word that idolaters will have their part in the lake of fire. I am not judging you with what I'm telling you. I know many get offended when I speak this way, but if I don't speak plainly to you, if I don't set life and death before you, and clearly show you that these things are death for your lives, you're not going to turn away from them. I speak to you plainly, and I am not the one judging you, because I am not the judge. The Lord himself said, ‘I did not come to judge.’ But we all have a judge — by the written word we will be judged. I am not the one judging you; it is the Lord, through his word, who judges, and he says that idolaters will not enter the kingdom of God.

Many of you think of yourselves as holy, even while doing things like this, and you think that those who celebrate the devil are not idolaters. Whoever believes that celebrating the devil, the limping devils, dressing up as the devil, drinking alcohol and beer, fornicating, listening to the world's music and all the things of the world out there — if you think this is not idolatry and not sin, let me know.

I know many say, ‘No, pastor, nothing happens with that. It's a lot of fun to drink beer and listen to a lot of ugly music and watch people dressed up as demons — that's so much fun, pastor.’ I know many would say things like this, which is a shame. And those who agree with me, also say, ‘No, you're right, pastor — we clearly know what the limping devils are and who the devil is.’

If I don't speak plainly to you, then it's as if the devil has the person under a mental enchantment. I'm sorry, but I was there too — I'm amazed now, and I say, ‘Lord, how is it possible that I used to take part in Carnival too, and I thought it was fun?’ It felt fun — those were seasons, Christmas, Carnival, one festival after another, where I grew up. And you're just waiting for those festivals because supposedly they're fun, but now when I look at them, they're not fun. What's fun about looking at a bunch of people dressed up as demons? Imagine, and clearly calling it ‘limping devil’ — what ignorance I had, and what ignorance the world has, clearly celebrating the devil and thinking it's cute and it's fun, when the word warns that he came to steal, that he came to steal, kill, and destroy — it's not fun.

Another celebration that very clearly goes hand in hand with Carnival — and I would say these are two of the celebrations that should be clearest, even for those who aren't spiritual, even for the most carnal-minded — it should be clear that Carnival and Halloween are two celebrations of the devil. The Day of the Witches and Carnival are two celebrations in the world that even the blind should be able to see are of the devil.

Even the other celebrations are more camouflaged and disguised, as if they were Jesus Christ's day, like Christmas, which is supposedly for the Lord, though the deception there runs deeper. And that doesn't mean they are justified for being deceived, because if they are deceived, it is because the devil deceives them, and if they don't get out of the deception, then they belong to the devil.

But to me, the deception is more understandable because it's supposedly celebrating the Lord, or celebrating Mother's Day, or celebrating women, or men, or Father's Day, or Presidents' Day, or Martin Luther King Day.

I understand that with that kind of deception it's more understandable why a person falls into it. But Halloween, the Day of the Witches, is like — take Presidents' Day, they're honoring the president and celebrating the president, understandable, right? But the Day of the Witches — who is being celebrated on the Day of the Witches? Witches. How is it possible that the church, and even those who say they are Christians and supposedly serve Jesus Christ, celebrate witches?

In the Old Testament, under the law, the word says: ‘You shall not permit a sorceress to live.’ Under the law, those who served God were even commanded to put witches to death. Now we don't have to kill witches — it's the Lord who is going to judge them now, very soon. But the point is, they are enemies of God, but they are also enemies of mine and enemies of everyone. They are enemies of the world, even of those who are not with God, because they are witches. What does a witch do? Spells, curses, cursing people. Witches are servants of the devil, they serve the devil, they fight against churches. Witches and warlocks are hunters of souls.

I know many don't understand me, because many, even in the church, don't believe warlocks and witches exist. But those who are a little more spiritual, and especially those of us who serve in fighting the spiritual battle, who pray and do what the Lord did, who destroy the works of the devil, who pray for people — we clearly understand that they do exist. Because almost every day, quite often, they manifest when I pray for people who are cursed. Neighbors, many of whom are witches. There are also many witches in the church. They are everywhere — there is a plague of them in this final time. They are agents of Satan; they don't know what they're doing, because the devil deceives them, but there are many warlocks and witches.

But warlocks and witches are truly enemies of the world, but they are also enemies of Christ, primarily enemies of us — they hate those of us who serve the Lord, they curse us just from seeing us on the street. Those demons in them — and there are many that bind them — know that we carry light, and when they see light, they hate the light in us and curse us. So how is it that the Lord, in his word, commanded that witches be judged, and even more, says in the New Testament that idolaters, sorcerers, will have their part in the lake of fire? The Lord clearly says, even in Revelation, that he is going to judge warlocks and witches, and that they will go to the lake of fire.

And how is it that now even churches celebrate ‘Trunk or Treat’? They change the name — instead of saying ‘Trick or Treat,’ they say ‘Trunk or Treat.’ And supposedly they hold a celebration with candy. Even that candy given out at Halloween is worship of Satan — it is cursed. It is offerings to the devil, and it is cursed. That Halloween candy — when people eat it, they are eating food sacrificed to idols, cursed food.

Because of things like this, people are sick. It's another way you hand your children over to the devil. That's why your children are rebellious and disobedient. How could they not be rebellious and disobedient, if you present them to the devil, and give them food sacrificed to demons, and allow your children to celebrate the devil? The Day of the Witches, the day witches are honored, and churches celebrate it and think there's nothing wrong with it. If anyone understands what I mean, please let me know.

Whoever believes it's fine, that nothing happens, that it's fine to celebrate witches and nothing happens — but on that day many sacrifices take place. Search a little on Google, because on those days of the witches, and in the days leading up to them, many boys and girls go missing. Look it up, you'll find it on Google. Do you know why they go missing? Because warlocks and witches, since this is a highly prestigious day for Satan, and that day when they are honored, they sacrifice boys and girls, and eat their flesh, and drink the children's blood, to receive more diabolical power, more power in witchcraft.

And on that very same day, the church is celebrating while the witches are carrying out rituals, killing boys and girls to receive power. And the churches join in, and it's so nice, the witches, it's so fun, what they do to those innocent boys and girls, plunging something into their heart, or cutting their throat, and drinking the blood of those boys and girls, and it's so nice, the church celebrates it. I know what I'm saying sounds ugly, but look it up on Google, look it up. Does no one know witches and warlocks? Ask them, they'll tell you.

Look into things done in Hollywood, as they say, that rituals are done with boys and girls. It's not a lie — many of you know neighbors who are warlocks and witches. Many of you, when you were in the world, had some friendship with a warlock or a witch, and they've told you, they've told you: ‘Yes, I sacrificed such-and-such.’

I know many of you have heard it directly. If you can, share your testimonies — those of you who have a testimony, who have known warlocks and witches in the past, who they have spoken to and told, ‘Yes, we really do this, this, and this’ — share it. Because it isn't one, or two, or three, or four, or five children they sacrifice on that day. On that Day of the Witches especially, children go missing before that day so they can be sacrificed, and there are thousands sacrificed around the world, thousands of children, in every nation.

On a website called RTVE, it says:

«Cemeteries, costumes, or altars — this is how Halloween and the Day of the Dead are experienced in different countries.”

Cemeteries, costumes, altars. Again, similar to Carnival — costumes. But costumes of what? Diabolical costumes, and of the Day of the Dead.

“Halloween dates back to a pagan tradition of Celtic origin, in the British Isles, in which masks and costumes were already being used.”

A pagan tradition, from times long past. Of course — these are rituals, celebrations that aren't a recent thing, they were practiced years and years back. All these things were done even before the Lord came, and they were celebrations of demons. It's just that later the church incorporated it in order to attract more people — because of the church in apostasy, the church in rebellion against God, the church created by the devil to deceive people.

It also says on that website:

“In Mexico, families set up altars in their homes with offerings to deceased relatives, such as flowers, food, and candles.”

Imagine what the devil does, how he deceives people. Those who died, whose flesh has already decomposed, down to the bones — but their soul is alive, alive just like ours. And if they are with God, they are with God; but if they lived and died in sin, they are with the devil. But those who are already with God are better off than us. But if they are with the devil, they are already our enemies, because they are now soldiers of the devil. And people build altars for them, light candles for them, and give them food — as if those who are on that side are going to come eat food on this side.

First Corinthians 10:19-22:

«What am I saying then? That an idol is anything, or what is offered to idols is anything? Rather, that the things which the Gentiles sacrifice they sacrifice to demons and not to God, and I do not want you to have fellowship with demons. You cannot drink the cup of the Lord and the cup of demons; you cannot partake of the Lord's table and of the table of demons. Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? Are we stronger than He?»

That business of supposedly giving food to the dead, making little sweets, celebrating, the Christmas meal — these things are sacrifices to demons.

The devil deceives, and I know it may be hard to understand. But what sense does it make to place food in front of a photograph with a candle? That is witchcraft. Who is that candle, food, and altar being set up for? For a person who is no longer here. Where does it say that is of God? Where does the word say to do this kind of thing? Warlocks and witches do things like that, because it is witchcraft.

Satan deceives the whole world, and he causes people — even those who say they are not witches — he causes many to practice witchcraft without knowing it. But they are practicing witchcraft, even though they don't know it. The devil deceives them; he is the father of lies; deception is his favorite tool — making a person do what is abominable, even through deceit. He doesn't care about that — the only thing he cares about is winning the soul, getting people to do witchcraft like that, to celebrate the dead, and to make sacrifices to demons. When they do that kind of ritual — lighting a candle for someone, bringing them food, placing a flower — they are practicing witchcraft, and they are making a sacrifice to demons, to the dead. That is necromancy, it is a grave sin, a sin of death.

Can anyone understand that placing food in front of a photograph of someone who died, lighting a candle for them, and putting a rose there is abominable, is a type of witchcraft? Also, once again, if any of you listening to me carried out similar rituals in the past when you visited a witch before you knew God — I know many of you visited warlocks and witches, and when you went there, you performed certain rituals, and sometimes performed rituals with photos, with food, and with things like that.

If you have performed any ritual with candles, if you performed a ritual when you visited a warlock very similar to what is done on the Day of the Dead in many countries, share your experience so that whoever reads it will understand that those rituals are the very same rituals warlocks and witches perform for demons. That is the same thing they do.

Satan simply deceives them. Satan tells them to do it for their mother, or their father, or their uncle, or their son or daughter who died, but it's a lie. Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. What he wants is for them to perform a ritual so it opens the door to him, so that he can have power and authority over those souls. By performing those rituals, it's a way in which you are selling your souls.

When you go and light that candle for the dead and bring them food and things, you are saying, ‘Satan, here I hand over my soul to you, my soul belongs to you’ — even while saying, ‘I love you, Jesus Christ.’ The Lord is holy; that kind of thing is abominable, and the Lord pronounces a judgment of death over it. So those who do these things are themselves rejecting the grace and mercy of God. If they do not repent, unfortunately their soul is lost. This is serious. This is a matter of life and death — not temporary death, but eternal death.

We must turn away from sin, we must turn away from idolatry, we must stop celebrating the dead, we must stop making pacts with the devil through deception. It is important to seek the word of God. We must read the word of God, and we must repent of what does not please the Lord.

On another website called “significado.com,” I only read a bit about witches and some of the meanings there. I don't think everything they say is entirely correct, but I want you to be motivated to search out the meaning of many of these things for yourselves. And if anyone finds something positive, something that has to do with God, with the true God, tell me: ‘Yes, pastor, I found that the Lord himself celebrated the celebration of witches. Yes, the Lord and the disciples put on masks and said, celebrate this day.’

Or something that truly connects witches and all these things to God, and shows that nothing wrong happens, the way churches do it here in the United States — very many churches celebrate that day. Whoever believes it's fine according to the word of God, or who finds something positive out there about celebrating these days, something that isn't abominable before God, please share it. I would like to see it, in case I missed something.

Here, speaking of witches:

“Halloween is also known as the night of the witches.”

The night of the witches is the day of the witches, the celebration of the witches.

“Witches, according to popular tradition, are sorceresses who use black magic. It is said that on this night the devil gathers the witches together in a gathering known as a coven.”

A coven is what an association of witches is — a gathering where many witches come together.

“That's why they can be seen during Halloween. On that night people decorate a great deal with ghosts and skulls. Ghosts and skulls are symbols of the afterlife. Ghosts represent the deceased who wander the earth on Halloween night, while skulls are a representation of death.”

There they are also celebrating death, inviting death into their homes. And then they ask, ‘Why do so many people die during every celebration held around the world?’ Because they are celebrating the devil, and he comes to steal, kill, and destroy. If they are inviting him and celebrating him, well of course, he's going to take two or three on those days — Christmas Day, birthdays, and so on.

Just look at the news. At every celebration it's becoming clearer and clearer that many people are dying. They celebrate a birthday and then people come and kill many of them on that very same day. It is a celebration of self-idolatry — they are worshiping themselves. When they celebrate the world, they celebrate themselves. They are celebrating the devil and inviting him in. He comes to steal, he comes to seek souls. The masks and costumes.

“The masks and costumes used at the Halloween celebration are used to scare away evil spirits such as witches, goblins, ghosts, vampires, werewolves, or zombies. They are used as protection, so as not to be detected by evil spirits.”

Imagine that — they use the costumes so as not to be detected while they are inviting them in. It's a diabolical deception. And they use the costumes on those days to protect themselves from demons. There is only one way we can be protected from the devil. First, by turning away from his works. But truly, by submitting to the Lord, giving our lives to Jesus Christ. By turning away from sin, repenting of sin. Only the Lord can protect us from the devil. Only the Lord. But if we are in sin, if we are inviting the devil in, if we are celebrating him, it's terrible.

And so there are many other things they do too, like setting out scarecrows, and many other things — many other symbols and different types of costumes. If you look into it, you'll find that every single thing they do, even the pumpkins, which they carve with a demon face, decorating them, giving them eyes, making them look demonic, and putting a candle inside — all of it has a meaning. But it's obvious it's not celebrating God.

If you notice, witches always use candles for their altars. Pagans, like the Great Harlot, which is the Catholic Church, teach everyone that it's fine to light candles for saints and for the deceased. But that is a lie. That is an invitation to Lucifer, to the false light.

But at Halloween they also put a candle in that pumpkin's mouth. At Christmas, they also put up so many lights. Because for some reason, that is one of the ways Satan likes to be worshiped. He is a liar and the father of lies.

In 2 Timothy 3:1-4:

«But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.»

Here the word is telling us that in this final time there will be many men with all these characteristics — boastful and lovers of themselves. Don't you think that when people celebrate themselves, when they love themselves, that's a way this word is being fulfilled? The world teaches us to love ourselves, to exalt ourselves. And in the end, one of the deepest beliefs of warlocks, witches, and Satanism is that they are gods.

The Lord commanded several celebrations in the Old Testament. And in those celebrations, obviously, the Lord had to be exalted, and gifts had to be brought. He commanded certain things to be done, and that is one of the features by which he was being celebrated, honored as God. But now the devil deceives and makes it look pretty, and does the very same thing God asked us to do for him — now people do it, but for themselves. In a nutshell, ‘now I am the god.’ That is the trait, one of the deepest things about Satanism.

A few days ago, a warlock manifested — supposedly a very strong one, from here in Houston. And he told me, ‘You are a liar. Satan told me that I am going to sit at his side, and that I am immortal.’

Many of the warlocks who manifest — one of the things they often tell me is, ‘we are like gods,’ or ‘I am like a god.’ Pay attention, because if you look into it, you'll find that this often comes from a warlock or a witch. Because even in what they write about it, they exalt themselves in it. The devil truly makes them believe they are gods, that they are like a god.

That if they follow Satan and perform these rituals and do this and that, they become like gods. And the more rituals they perform, the more powers they receive, the stronger a god they become. Satan is a liar.

But when people are celebrating themselves, exalting themselves, they are practically saying, ‘I am like a god, I am a goddess.’

All these celebrations the world holds, including birthdays, Mother's Day, Father's Day, are called holy days. In English they're called “holy days,” translated as días santos or días sagrados. But they are not holy days, they are not sacred days. Only God is holy. What God sanctifies, that is holy.

If God says, ‘Celebrate such-and-such a day — Children's Day, or Father's Day, or the Day of the Dead — then it is holy.’ Well, honestly I don't know why the Lord would do such a thing, but if he did, then I would do it, and I would believe it's holy because he is holy. But doing what the world created? The word says this world is under the sway of the evil one. If it is under the evil one, and it is not commanded by God in his word, then it is the devil who is using men to do these things.

But what the devil does is meant to put us in enmity against God. He doesn't make Women's Day because he cares about women — in reality he wants to destroy every woman. He doesn't make Children's Day because he cares about children — what he wants is to destroy the souls of children. When the devil does something, he doesn't do it because he cares about us or wants what's good for us. He came to steal, kill, and destroy. What he wants is to destroy us.

I urge you to look into this for yourselves. Look up, for example, the origin of Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, Women's Day. I know especially many women won't like this and will say, ‘Ugh, what is the pastor telling me now — that we shouldn't celebrate Mother's Day?’

Look into the origin of these things. But more than researching it (and if you judge me for this, I understand, because it's hard to grasp, especially these days), at least give yourselves the chance to pray. Go somewhere private and pray: ‘Lord, if what Pastor Francisco said is true, that celebrating Mother's Day is abominable before you — Lord, have mercy, I want to know.’

Pray in secret. But ask the Lord with the intention of truly wanting to hear the truth, because you want to understand, because you want to turn away from sin. And I am convinced without a doubt that if you do this, and do it in faith, and do it because you don't want to be disobedient and rebellious against God, he will answer you. You will have dreams. In various ways, he will answer you, and it will become very clear to you.

Then you will weep, and you will grieve. That day you used to celebrate, when you felt supposedly like goddesses, and you had to be given gifts and this and that — now it's going to become a day to grieve over. Because by doing these things, you have invited the devil into your homes, into your family. Because of celebrations like this, because of the celebration of Mother's Day, Jezebel is very strong in many women. Because of celebrations like this, there is a great deal of division between mothers and children. Because of celebrations like this, everything is so ugly. Children are bound by the devil, in drugs, in alcohol. They are in prison, they are far from God.

Because of all these things, Satan has so much power over our family. If we want to be part of the change, we must begin to seek God with all our heart — but with a heart willing to repent of sin, with a heart willing to turn away from those things that do not please the Lord.

Even though we are in the world, we don't have to live like those of the world. Some time ago the Lord put it on my heart that when I see something everyone does, something everyone agrees with, I should turn away from it, because the world hates God. If you want to know when something is of the devil, watch whether everyone — every religion, every denomination, every country, if all the countries and the whole world agree with it — that is of the devil. It's as simple as that.

What is of God, the world does not receive. Because the world loves its own, but they hate the Lord, and they hate those of us who love God and obey him. That's why, if we don't celebrate all the things of the world, they'll tell us, ‘You're weird. You don't belong here.’ But you know what? I agree when they say I don't belong here. Because if we are born again, we are new creatures — we are not of the world. Even though we are in the world, we are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, and we have a great King whom we love, whom we serve, and whom we fear — a King who is truly holy, and who will not hold the guilty innocent if a person does not repent and turn away from sin.

They call those days “holy days.” And indeed the word says here, in Isaiah 29:13:

«Therefore the Lord said: Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths and honor Me with their lips, but have removed their hearts far from Me.»

That word is for every church and everyone who celebrates these things. With their mouth, with their lips, they love God, but in vain they honor him. If they do not turn away from what is abominable before God, they honor him in vain. This is the word I had to share.

Turn away from sin, turn away from idolatry, reject those holidays the world celebrates. Not one of them is in honor of God. This world is under the sway of the evil one. Those holidays are meant to honor the devil. Turn away from them.

Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. He presents these things as something good, something pleasant, but it's a way of putting you in rebellion against God. It's a way of putting your soul in danger. I set before you life and death, and with all my heart I desire that you choose life. The Lord himself does not desire that anyone perish, but desires that all repent and come to the knowledge of the truth. And what the Lord desires is what I desire too — I desire that everyone repent and come to the knowledge of the truth, that they turn away from sin.

May the Lord bless you. I hope you have been edified by this teaching. I invite you to stand up. Let's pray against those false holy days — those days that are supposedly sacred, but are not.

Prayer.

I cover every person who listens to me with the blood of Jesus Christ. I come against every demon that deceives the world through the various holidays and celebrations, with the blood of Jesus Christ.

May the terror of God fall upon those lying, deceiving demons, in the name of Jesus. May there be division over the whole army of the enemy that uses various strategies to deceive and to bind souls, in the name of Jesus.

The gates of Hades will not prevail against the church of God. He who is with us is stronger than he who is in the world.

Every demon of idolatry that uses holidays which even exalt men, women, and children — various figures of the world — seeking to make people rebel against God, I bind you in the name of Jesus.

Every witchcraft that turns people into zombies, that blocks spiritual understanding so they cannot see — so that they cannot even understand that the Day of the Dead, or Halloween, or Carnival, are celebrations of demons.

Every demon of deception, catch fire in the name of Jesus Christ. Every demon that places spiritual blindfolds over the eyes, the ears, and the understanding, so they cannot understand even the simplest thing, catch fire in the name of Jesus.

I cover the conscience, the mind, the heart, the eyes, and the ears of every person who listens to me, and of every member of our families, with the blood of Jesus Christ.

May every spell and diabolical sacrifice made to bind souls, to hinder understanding, everything that has been placed upon the eyes and ears of our loved ones — may it all disintegrate by the blood of Jesus Christ.

There is power in the name of Jesus. The gates of Hades will not prevail against the church of God. He who is with us is stronger than he who is in the world. If God is with us, who can be against us? It is written that even the lawful captives of darkness can be rescued, and that the Lord will contend with those who contend against us. And the Lord will make the oppressors eat the flesh and drink the blood of one another, and they will be drunk with each other's blood as with wine. And all will know that he, the Almighty, the Mighty One of Jacob, is with us.

May there be a firestorm over the whole army of darkness, in the name of Jesus. May all the waters of the enemy turn to blood, in the name of Jesus Christ. May there be division among the whole army of the enemy, and may they all divide and attack one another, in the name of Jesus. May they eat the flesh and drink the blood of one another, in the name of Jesus Christ. May they be drunk with each other's blood as with wine, in the name of Jesus. May fire come down and destroy the whole army of darkness, in the name of Jesus.

I strike every demon of idolatry with the light. May there be a great earthquake upon every throne that receives worship through the world's various holidays — upon those thrones of darkness, in the name of Jesus. May missiles and bombs come down upon every throne that receives worship through deception, in the name of Jesus Christ. May all the waters of those thrones turn to blood, in the name of Jesus. May there be division over all of them, and may they divide and attack one another, in the name of Jesus Christ. May they eat the flesh and drink the blood of one another, in the name of Jesus.

I strike the whole army of darkness with the light. May there be a firestorm over all of them, in the name of Jesus Christ. May the skin of each one melt off them while they are still standing, in the name of Jesus. May the tongue of each one melt in its mouth, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May the eyes of each one melt in their sockets, in the name of Jesus. I strike the whole army of the enemy with the light. May the whole army of the enemy burn in flames, in the name of Jesus. May fire come down and destroy all darkness. May all darkness burn in flames, in the name of Jesus Christ. May the whole army of the enemy be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus.

I strike all darkness with the light. I strike the whole army of the enemy with the light. May the skin of every demon melt off them while they are still standing, in the name of Jesus Christ. I strike the whole army of the enemy with the light. Fire of God upon all darkness, in the name of Jesus Christ.

May all the demons of idolatry, all the powers of darkness behind Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, Christmas, New Year, the Day of the Dead, Valentine's Day — every one of you — be filled with fury and rage against one another and attack one another, in the name of Jesus.

Eat the flesh and drink the blood of one another, in the name of Jesus Christ. There is power in the name of Jesus. Darkness and light have clashed, and darkness did not prevail — darkness will not prevail against the light. If God is with us, who can be against us?

All of you, I command it, turn against one another, in the name of Jesus. I strike the whole army of powers of darkness that cause idolatry and deceive through idolatry, with the light, in the name of Jesus.

May there be terror and confusion over every throne of darkness that keeps the world in bondage through those pagan days, in the name of Jesus Christ. May there be great confusion among all the strongmen of every one of those kingdoms, and may they divide among themselves and attack one another, in the name of Jesus Christ. May every weapon they have raised to harm people be used to destroy one another instead, in the name of Jesus.

I strike them all with the light, may fire come down and destroy all darkness, in the name of Jesus Christ. I strike the whole army of the enemy with the light, may there be a firestorm over the whole army of the enemy, in the name of Jesus. May the skin of every demon melt off them while they are still standing, in the name of Jesus Christ. May the tongue of each one melt in its mouth, in the name of Jesus. May the eyes of each one melt in their sockets, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I strike the whole army of the enemy with the light. May fire come down and destroy all darkness. May all darkness burn in flames, in the name of Jesus Christ. I strike all darkness with the light. I strike all darkness with the light.

May the whole army of the enemy be destroyed by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ. I strike all darkness with the light. May all the powers of darkness burn in flames, in the name of Jesus Christ. May the skin of every demon melt off them while they are still standing.

May great panic from the Lord fall upon every demon that places chains and shackles on people through pagan celebrations, in the name of Jesus. May every chain and shackle placed through pagan celebrations be broken, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I strike all darkness with the light. May fire come down and destroy all darkness. I strike all darkness with the light. May the whole army of the enemy be burned by fire, in the name of Jesus Christ.

I cover everyone who listens to me with the blood of Jesus Christ. I cover your homes and every member of your family with the blood of Jesus Christ. May there be fire and light in each one of you, in the name of Jesus. May every work of darkness against every one of you be burned, in the name of Jesus Christ.
