A testimony from Patricia Aristizábal

Thirty-four years into my Christian life, four months ago I came to know the church Jesús Rey de Reyes, led by Apostle Francisco Gómez. Here I have found deliverance, healing, power and anointing, according to what Jesus Christ teaches in his word.

I was able to see and conclude that many traditional Christian churches are built on a mixture of the word of God and the doctrine of men, which produces religious lives without the power of God to set people free and heal them. That does not resemble the model Jesus teaches and entrusts to us: to make disciples for Jesus, to be free of every bondage, and to live under the control, the fullness and the power of the Holy Spirit.

The common denominator I lived and observed in those churches was the stirring of emotions, activism, vainglory, strife, jealousy, envy, gossip, criticism, judgement, idolatry of men, double-mindedness, physical and mental illness, depression, worry, anxiety, fears, hypocrisy, vanity, control, manipulation, selfish interests, spiritual stagnation, discouragement, manipulated biblical concepts, fornication, adultery, dysfunctional families and spiritual lukewarmness: in words we are taught to live set apart for God, but there is no holiness, no absolute obedience to his word, and no daily living out of the fruit of the Holy Spirit.

On top of that, there is fear and ignorance about confronting our enemy, Satan, and his army of demons; and so people live in confusion and spiritual oppression, with temporary or false deliverances and healings, never living the real freedom from our captivities.

Now, after being set free, I experience peace, calm and health in body and soul. I have been healed and set free from chronic illnesses such as pain in my back, arms, hands and joints; from resentment, unforgiveness, evil thoughts, witchcraft, ancestral generational curses, confusion, anxiety, fears, demonic oppression, deception, lies and spiritual falsehood from mistaken doctrinal ideas, among others.

Glory and honour be to the Lord Jesus Christ, for bringing freedom and healing into my life, for making the church Jesús Rey de Reyes known to me, and for letting me gather in peace knowing that its doctrine is sound.
