Second Friday of every month
Prayer for Anxiety, Panic and Trauma
On the second Friday of every month we hold a quiet, gentle evening of prayer for peace of mind and of heart — for anyone carrying worry, fear or painful memories, and for the people who love them.
Nothing is required of anyone. Cameras and microphones can stay off, and it is fine to rest, listen, and let others pray — or to leave at any moment.
Who this meeting is for
- People who live with worry, fear or panic and long for peace
- People carrying the memory of a painful or frightening experience
- Family members and friends who want to support someone they love
- Anyone who finds it hard to pray alone right now
What the evening is like
A calm pace
An unhurried time of prayer and Scripture, with room to breathe and rest.
Prayer for peace
Pastors pray for rest, comfort and healing of painful memories.
You stay in control
Camera off, microphone off, chat optional. Leave or return whenever you need.
Prayer alongside care
Prayer is offered alongside the care of doctors, counselors and therapists, never instead of it. Seeking professional help is never a lack of faith.

Good to know
- Every meeting is free and everyone is welcome. Nobody will single you out, ask you to speak, or ask you for money.
- Prayer is spiritual support. It is not medical, mental-health, addiction, legal or financial advice, and it never replaces the professionals who care for you.
