Prayer for Children and Families
On the first Sunday of every month we pray for children and families — for little ones and teenagers, for adult children who have drifted away, and for the parents and grandparents who love them.
Bring the names of the children on your heart. Families are welcome to join together, and children are welcome to pray with us.
Who this meeting is for
- Parents and grandparents praying for their children’s faith, safety and future
- Families facing a difficult season at home or at school
- Parents of adult children who are far from home or far from God
- Foster, adoptive and single parents who need encouragement and strength

A short reading and encouragement for parents and caregivers.
Praying children’s names
We pray by name for the children shared with us in the chat.
Blessing over homes
We close by praying a blessing over every family present.
How to join
You do not need an account, and you do not need to install anything if you would rather stay in your browser.

A few minutes before 8:00 PM Central Time is perfect. The meeting opens inside this website.
Type the name you want to be called
A first name is enough. Your camera and microphone stay off unless you turn them on.
Pray, listen, or share a need
A member of the prayer team welcomes you. You can write a prayer need in the chat or simply listen.
No registration is needed. If you prefer the Zoom app, the join page offers that option too.

Questions
- Can my children join the meeting?
- Yes. Families often pray together from one screen. A parent or guardian should be with younger children.
- How do I share my children’s names for prayer?
- You can write a first name in the Zoom chat during the meeting, or send a confidential prayer request beforehand.
- Can I pray for an adult child who does not know I am asking?
- Yes. Many parents come to pray for adult children. We keep what is shared in prayer with the prayer team.
- Is there a Bible reading for families during the week?
- Yes. The ministry reads the Bible together online four evenings a week, in English and Spanish.

- Every meeting is free and everyone is welcome. Nobody will single you out, ask you to speak, or ask you for money.
- Prayer is spiritual support. It is not medical, mental-health, addiction, legal or financial advice, and it never replaces the professionals who care for you.
