- We love our Lord Jesus Christ above all things.
- We live for the Lord, we work for Him, we do it with joy, and He is first in everything in our lives. They have given up everything for Jesus Christ and are willing to lose everything for Christ.
- We love our fellow disciples of Jesus Christ.
- They have given up everything for Jesus Christ and are willing to lose everything for Christ.
- Disciples remain and persevere in the doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- We disciples walk in humility.
- We Disciples Walk in the Power of God.
- We disciples bear fruit; we are fishers of men, we serve God and mankind.
- We are willing to pay the price to be His disciple.
- Our doctrine is founded on the New Testament, on the commands of Jesus Christ.
- We love our Lord Jesus Christ above all things.
And this love is shown by keeping His commandments.
John 14:15 If you love Me, keep My commandments.
John 14:21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him.
1 John 2:3-5 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. 4 He who says, 'I know Him,' and does not keep His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him;
Matthew 10:37 He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.
- We live for the Lord, we work for Him, we do it with joy, and He is first in everything in our lives
Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
2 Corinthians 5:15 And He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
- We love our fellow disciples of Jesus Christ.
John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
John 13:35 In this way everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.
- They have given up everything for Jesus Christ and are willing to lose everything for Christ.
Philippians 3:7-8 But what things were gain to me, these I have counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ,
Matthew 16:24 Then Jesus said to His disciples, 'If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me.'
Mark 3:34-35 And looking around in a circle at those who sat about Him, He said, 'Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My brother and My sister and mother.'
Luke 9:23-24 Then He said to them all, 'If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me. For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will save it.'
- Disciples remain and persevere in the doctrine of the Lord Jesus Christ.
John 8:31-32 Jesus then said to those Jews who believed in Him, 'If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.'
John 15:4 Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.
James 2:17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
- We disciples walk in humility.
Matthew 11:28-29 Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls;
Matthew 20:25-26 But Jesus called them to Himself and said, 'You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and those who are great exercise authority over them. 26 Yet it shall not be so among you; but whoever wants to become great among you, let him be your servant,'
- We Disciples Walk in the Power of God.
Acts 1:8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
1 Corinthians 4:20 For the kingdom of God is not in word but in power.
Mark 16:17-20 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover. 19 So then, after the Lord had spoken to them, He was received up into heaven, and sat down at the right hand of God. 20 And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs. Amen.
- We disciples bear fruit; we are fishers of men, we serve God and mankind.
John 15:8 My Father is glorified when you bear much fruit and show yourselves to be My disciples.
Matthew 4:19 Then He said to them, 'Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.'
Matthew 28:1 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
- We are willing to pay the price to be His disciple.
We are hated by all for the sake of His name
John 15:19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.
1 Peter 2:21 For to this you were called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that you should follow His steps,

Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.
John 14:12-14 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.
